Installing a printer works out, but is annoying? New devices have to be bought and set up? Regular backups would be great? Remote access to the office network would be convenient? Mails, meetings and notes shouldn’t be saved somewhere in the cloud but on premise? The whole tiresome password-stuff should be organised properly? Dropbox is extremely handy, but it’s always full and a little bit dubious in terms of data protection and privacy?
